It smells like a sewer, the gym equipment is old, the mats need replacing, the app doesn’t let you cancel classes, and you often can’t get through on the phone. if a scheduled class is canceled, there’s no replacement, the air conditioning in the group exercise room barely works—during heat waves, that was the reason I chose classes like FF or Xtreme. On the plus side, trainer Magda is simply a gem...friendly, demanding, and with a sense of humor—her classes are always full, and it’s even hard to get a spot; there’s a large parking lot and friendly staff at the front desk.

The definite advantages of this well-maintained facility include its cleanliness, high-quality equipment, helpful staff, and a large parking lot right next to the building. There’s something for everyone here, from the gym and fitness facilities to tennis and padel, and an added bonus for many is that the Medicover card is accepted on-site. Unfortunately, the complex also has some drawbacks. The courts are very poorly protected from above, causing balls to fly out of bounds. Another drawback is the showers in the locker rooms, which, while they work flawlessly, lack any partitions or stalls—a significant inconvenience for those who value privacy after a workout.

This place is an absolute disaster. I called several times—maybe a dozen or so—and no one answered the phone to book a court or even provide any information. When I arrived, the woman claimed she had a lot of customers and couldn’t answer the phone. When calling other facilities, this doesn’t happen—and even if they don’t answer, they call the customer back. Here, it’s just a total mess. This isn’t the first or last time this has happened here. Supposedly there’s a booking app, but what’s the point if it doesn’t work properly and you can’t make a reservation? Since a phone number is provided, it must be for a reason. A tip for the venue: remove the phone number from the booking options, and there won’t be any problems 😊
