I don’t understand the negative reviews regarding the staff’s alleged arrogance, unprofessional service, or the mess at the facility. Based on my experience at the pool, which I use regularly, my experience has been completely different. The ladies at the front desk are always very helpful and smiling. On several occasions, when the Medicover Sport app had technical issues, they patiently helped me resolve them, allowing me to enter the facility without any problems. I’ve used many swimming pools in Kraków, and I think this one is among the cleanest. As for size, it is indeed smaller than a standard pool, but that’s not a problem for me at all. If you’re looking for a well-maintained, clean facility with friendly staff, I can definitely recommend it.
