The courts of the Grzegórzecki Sports Club are located in the immediate vicinity of Bungee Jumping Krakow and the Fitness Platinium XXL gym. Players have at their disposal 3 courts with artificial grass covered with a balloon for the winter season and 4 open courts with a brick surface. All courts are equipped with lighting. .

Massacre, avoid! What happened to me today was like from a Bareja movie. A friend and I made an online reservation for 11:00 a.m. At the site, however, it turned out that there was no court for us, because they put a balloon on the flour and "forgot" to lock the system. I met several more people checked in with a receipt, so they pounced on a whole bunch of customers. There were 2 little guys on the recession, generally nice although they claimed they couldn't do anything without the boss. We finally negotiated to flip the reservation under the balloon at 7pm but at half the hassle rate. We arrived at 7pm, played, the surface drama (all patched up, balls fly differently every time) and go to the reception. We politely tell the gentleman that an uncool situation happened, because in the morning a colleague drove through half the city, so tera we ripped for half the rate. To which the gentleman-owner replied that who was I talking to because it certainly was not him, he started throwing blusters, totally out of his mind for me. When I mentioned the multisport and card payment I had the impression that he would jump out with his fists. In the end, we paid half the rate in cash (because, as it turns out, you can not pay by card) and listened to how we have to get out and that he never wants us to appear there again. when someone does not keep a reservation, I expect at least a word of apology and some compensation, not bluster, threats and a ban on appearing back. Totally someone got the era wrong. I can't remember the last time I was so shocked when it comes to the approach to the customer. I hope the guy goes bankrupt as soon as possible and someone normal takes over the place.
Masakra, unikać! To co dzisiaj mnie spotkało było jak z filmu Barei. Zrobiliśmy z kolegą rezerwację online na 11:00. Na miejscu okazało się, że jednak nie ma dla nas kortu, bo na mączce stawiają balon i “zapomnieli” zablokować system. Spotkałem jeszcze kilka osób odprawionych z kwitkiem, więc olali całą rzesze klientów. Na recesji było 2 małolatów, generalnie mili chociaż twierdzili, że nic nie mogą bez szefa. W końcu wynegocjowaliśmy, że przerzucimy rezerwację pod balon o 19:00 ale za połowę stawki za kłopot. Przyszliśmy o 19:00, zagraliśmy, nawierzchnia dramat (cała połatana, piłki latają za każdym razem inaczej) i idziemy na recepcję. Mówimy panu grzecznie, że niefajna sytuacja się przydarzyła, bo rano kolega przez pół miasta jechał, więc tera zgraliśmy za połowę stawki. Na co pan właściciel odrzekł, że z kim rozmawiałem bo na pewno nie z nim, zaczął rzucać bluzgami, totalnie odleciał jak dla mnie. Jak wspomniałem o multisporcie i płatności kartą to miałem wrażenie że wyskoczy z pięściami. W końcu zapłaciliśmy połowę stawki gotówką (bo jak się okazuje kartą płacić się nie da) i wysłuchaliśmy jak to mamy się wynosić i że on już nigdy nie chce żebyśmy się tam pojawiali. jak ktoś nie dotrzymuje rezerwacji to oczekuję przynajmniej słowa przepraszam i jakiejś rekompensaty, a nie bluzgów, gróźb i zakazu pojawiania się z powrotem. Totalnie się komuś pomyliła epoka. Nie pamiętam kiedy ostatni raz byłem w takim szoku jeśli chodzi o podejście do klienta. Mam nadzieję, że gość zbankrutuje jak najszybciej i ktoś normalny przejmie to miejsce.

The price may be affordable but personally I would rather pay more than use this facility. The carpet courts are in tragic condition and I am afraid to run on them for fear of injury. The differences in court levels near the end line are very dangerous.
Cena może i przystępna ale osobiście wolał bym zapłacić więcej niż korzystać z tego obiektu. Korty dywanowe są w tragicznym stanie i strach po nich biegać w obawie o kontuzję. Różnice poziomów kortu w okolicach końcowej lini są bardzo niebezpieczne.

The worst courts in all of Krakow. Despite the terrible conditions as to the quality of the courts and the facilities (i.e., peeling off surface, dirty, untidy locker rooms and bathrooms) we gave this place a chance several times due to the good availability of appointments. Unfortunately, many times our reservation was canceled at the last minute or arriving at the place it turned out that despite the permanent reservation our court was occupied... Trying to arrange anything and get along with the staff ended at the very beginning, because there nobody knows anything, nobody knows, no decision-making, informed staff. Often there was no one at the reception desk, and one had to wait until a group of young guys left the warehouse near the reception desk, from which an extremely intense aroma of marijuana was emitted every time, and from which fumes were coming out. This explains why communication with the staff was difficult-after certain substances a person is simply inebriated. Embarrassment.... Avoid this place from afar....
Najgorsze korty w całym Krakowie. Pomimo okropnych warunków co do jakości kortów oraz zaplecza (tj. odrywająca się nawierzchnia, brudne, niesprzątane szatnie i łazienki) dawaliśmy temu miejscu szansę kilkukrotnie ze względu na dobrą dostępność terminów. Niestety wielokrotnie nasza rezerwacja była odwoływana na ostatnią chwilę lub przyjściu na miejsce okazywało się, że pomimo stałej rezerwacji nasz kort jest zajęty… Próba załatwienia czegokolwiek i dogadania się z obsługą kończyła się na samym początku, ponieważ tam nikt nic nie wie, nikt nie wie, brak decyzyjnych, doinformowanych pracowników. Na recepcji często nie było nikogo, należało poczekać, aż grupka młodych chłopaków opuściła magazyn przy recepcji, z którego każdorazowo wydobywał się niezwykle intensywny aromat marihuany i z którego wychodziły dymy. Toteż wyjaśnia, dlaczego komunikacja z personelem była utrudniona- po pewnych substancjach człowiek jest po prostu nietrzeźwy. Żenada…. Omijać to miejsce z daleka…

Solid tennis courts. After the change of ownership in 2023, the prices jumped up sharply, and it is incomprehensible that it is not possible to pay by card.
Solidne korty tenisowe. Po zmianie właściciela w 2023 ceny mocno podskoczyły do góry, niezrozumiały jest też brak możliwości płacenia kartą.
