This shake is a masterpiece created by Natalia and Liwe, priced at ONLY 12 PLN FOR 50g OF PROTEIN. The gym is so awesome that I make a special 20-minute trip from Książnice because there’s nothing better in the area.

The gym and equipment are great, but I’d like to point out an issue with the relaxation area, specifically the hot tub. The water looks like it hasn’t been changed in a very long time, it smells strongly of chlorine, there’s a green film on the edges, and the jets aren’t working. In addition, the showers in both the men’s locker room and the spa area have very low water pressure.

Dariusz is a true professional who takes a personalized approach to each client, ensures proper form, and makes every workout a pleasure. Five stars aren’t enough!
