Minus 3 stars for service and not justifiably pointing out to the customer that he did not inform the highly indignant receptionist that he is extending the game by 30min because she must have it in the system. We were the only customers in the entire facility! Then the receptionist commented that she could have just turned off the lights for us without that information. And at the end she went to check if we had properly gridded the court and pointed out that it was, however, "squashed" in one place. Well people, what is this? Two guzzles for a nice facility.
Minus 3 gwiazdki za obsługę i nie uzasadnione zwracanie uwagi klientowi że nie poinformował wielce oburzonej recepcjonistki że przedłuża grę o 30min bo ona musi mieć to w systemie. Byliśmy jedynymi klientami na całym obiekcie! Potem recepcjonista skomentowała że mogła przeciez po prostu wyłączyć nam światło bez tej informacji. A na końcu poszła sprawdzać czy poprawnie zasiatkowalismy kort i zwróciła uwagę że jednak w jednym miejscu było "wygniecione". No ludzie, co to ma być? Dwie gwazgki za fajny obiekt.

Pani z recepcji chamska i prymitywna. Nie ma szacunku do klientów. Wygląda na to, że jest w pracy za karę.
