The intimate courts are very well maintained and prepared for lessons or tennis matches by the courts keeper and tennis coach Mr. Jacek Filip. Mr. Jacek makes every effort to make us as players feel comfortable on the courts. In terms of coaching, Mr. Jacek has a great knowledge of the difficult tennis technique and, most importantly, having professional teaching skills, he is able to explain it very well to tennis adepts at the basic, intermediate and advanced levels. He has been my coach for years. In the advanced level, he has introduced to my game the positioning of legs in closed, semi-open, open positions, kinetic chain of energy at strokes(legs, hips, shoulder rim, hand). He further points out a rarity among amateurs is the work of the non-dominant hand at strokes. He taught me the flat, truncated or tkz. kick service. In summary, referring to the quotation from the Bible, from the Gospel according to Matthew "By their fruits you shall know them". Thanks to Mr. Jacek, I took first place in this year's IX Krakow Senior Championships, and I assure you that in Krakow and the surrounding area there are many excellent tennis players. Korty kameralne bardzo dobrze utrzymywane i przygotowywane do lekcji bądź meczów tenisa ziemnego przez opiekuna kortów a zarazem trenera tenisa Pana Jacka Filipa. Pan Jacek dokłada wszelkich starań abyśmy jako gracze czuli się komfortowo na kortach. W zakresie trenerskim Pan Jacek posiada ogromną wiedzę na temat trudnej techniki tenisowej a co najważniejsze mając zawodowe umiejętności pedagogiczne potrafi świetnie wytłumaczyć to adeptom tenisa i to na poziomie podstawowym, średnio zaawansowanym i zaawansowanym. Jest moim trenerem od lat. W zakresie zaawansowanym wprowadził do mojej gry ustawienie nóg w pozycji zamkniętej, półotwartej, otwartej, łańcuch kinetyczny energii przy uderzeniach(nogi, biodra, obręcz barkowa, ręka). Zwraca uwagę ponadto na rzadkość wśród amatorów to jest pracę ręki niedominującej przy uderzeniach. On mnie nauczył serwisu płaskiego, ściętego czy tkz. kick serwisu. Reasumując, odnosząc się do cytatu z Biblii, z Ewangelii według Mateusza „Po owocach ich poznacie” dzięki Panu Jackowi zająłem pierwsze miejsce w IX tegorocznych Mistrzostwach Krakowa Seniorów a zapewniam że w Krakowie i okolicy jest wielu świetnie grających tenisistów. Training with Mr. Jacek is not only a decent dose of knowledge, tennis practice and incredible coaching commitment. It is also an opportunity to interact with a very wise and interesting person, which is undoubtedly Mr. Jacek. Each training motivated me to continue playing tennis, and the friendly atmosphere and work on technique allowed me to move more and more freely on the court. I recommend from the bottom of my heart.
Treningi z panem Jackiem to nie tylko porządna dawka wiedzy, tenisowa praktyka i niesamowite trenerskie zaangażowanie. To również możliwość obcowania z bardzo mądrym i interesującym człowiekiem jakim niewątpliwie jest Pan Jacek. Każdy trening motywował mnie do kontynuowania gry w tenisa, a sympatyczna atmosfera i praca nad techniką pozwoliły mi coraz swobodniej poruszać się na korcie. Polecam z całego serca.
