I don't usually give negative reviews, but the communication from the courts and sending out late night pictures of dirty shoes in messages to the phone, and later very what strange communication via Sms about the properties of tennis shoes ended up cancelling the reservation. I do not recommend
Zazwyczaj nie wystawiam opinii negatywnych, ale komunikacja ze strony kortów i rozsyłanie późnym wieczorem zdjęć brudnych butów w wiadomościach na telefon, a później bardzo co dziwna komunikacja przez Sms o właściwościach butów tenisowych skończona odwołaniem rezerwacji. Nie polecam

A gentleman with 30 years of experience in maintaining flat surfaces on the court unfortunately has quite a bit of trouble communicating in Polish. He sends pictures of dirty shoes but can't explain what the issue actually is. Upon arrival, our shoes, despite the efforts (there were both green and adidas shoes, and white and herringbone) still did not meet the requirements of this gentleman, so we scored our first time at a competitor. The staff effectively discourages sports and there is a smell of skunk around the locker room
Pan z 30 letnim doświadczeniem w utrzymywaniu powierzchni płaskich na korcie niestety ma dość spore problemy z komunikacją w języku polskim. Wysyła zdjęcia brudnych butów ale nie potrafi wyjaśnić o co tak właściwie chodzi. Po przyjściu na miejsce nasze obuwie, pomimo starań (były i buty zielone, i adidas, i białe i w jodełkę) i tak nie spełniło wymagań owego Pana więc nasz pierwszy raz zaliczyliśmy u konkurencji. Obsługa skutecznie zniechęca do sportu a w okolicach szatni unosi się zapach skuna

Court staff unkind, arrogant and just plain rude. It was the first time we encountered something like this. After exchanging "pleasantries" with the manager, we let it go and did not enter the court. There are many much better facilities in Krakow!
Obsługa kortu niemiła, arogancka i po prostu chamska. Pierwszy raz się z czymś takim spotkaliśmy. Po wymianie „uprzejmości” z zarządcą, odpuściliśmy i nie weszliśmy na kort. Jest dużo o wiele lepszych obiektów w Krakowie!
