Poor
I arrived at the courts with a court already reserved for a specific time. When I arrived, I encountered a man at the front desk who was very rude and impatient. From the start, he treated me condescendingly, told me there were no available courts, and when I asked about equipment, he commented that I should have my own (I’m just starting out with tennis, so I’m not going to buy everything just to try to sell it later on Vinted) and when he saw my shoes (new ones with supposedly bad soles), he gave me a hard time, asking how I could not know that, and then showed me shoes that looked practically identical to mine—they just had a slightly finer tread. Thanks to this attitude, he effectively put me off this place. I do not recommend it.

Poor
The service at these courts leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is rude and treats customers with a clear sense of superiority, which definitely ruins the whole atmosphere of the place. Instead of feeling welcome, you feel like an intruder. I was asked to leave the court even though I was wearing appropriate footwear that met the rules. A lack of manners, a lack of willingness to explain the situation, and a complete lack of professionalism. Best to give this place a wide berth.
