Edit: I’m lowering my rating by one star due to the introduction of a service fee for booking through the app I’ve been a member of the club for a long time, and the playing conditions are very good. However, I have an issue with the club’s new court booking system. The new booking system requires online payment and blocks funds from partner cards (Multisport or Medicover)—the funds are refunded as points in the app for later use. The funds are not available immediately (!). In a situation where we play every week: We paid 80 PLN for the previous reservation (30 PLN was supposed to be refunded in the form of points—which in itself makes no sense). Today at the club, we redeemed our partner cards; after the game, we made a reservation for next week—paying another 80 PLN (because the money doesn’t appear in the wallet on the same day). It turns out we now have 60 PLN frozen, which is over an hour of play (with partner cards). We wanted to resolve the issue at the front desk, but reservations can now only be made through the app. I’ve been a member of the club for a long time, but right now I just feel cheated. The system you’re using makes absolutely no sense to me. In the age of instant payments (BLIK and other solutions), such a mechanism defeats the purpose.
