It is very unfortunate that it is closed so soon on Sunday; everything around it is closed it would be nice if it was open on weekends until 11 or 24 pm and not shorter; After all, it is a time for rest and relaxation

I'm an American living in Poland and simply love this gym. I'm an early morning workout person, so from when the doors open and you walk into the reception area, Martyna is there to great you and wish you a great workout which is the perfect start of the day. Beyond that, as you become more of a regular the other gym goers are friendly and will always great you with a handshake and a brotherly hug. Even the lovely cleaning lady, who works her butt off is always friendly and gives the polish good morning with a smile as she starts her day. Would only ask if the gym would consider going 24hrs or at least consider opening at 5AM during the week. Thank you! Ken

I’ve been using your gym for over a year now, and despite the good equipment, I’ve turned a blind eye to certain issues—but today’s situation has crossed the line. I’ll address the situation point by point. I understand that trainer Jarek has to plan exercises for everyone in group classes regardless of their fitness level, but an exercise that involves running around the entire gym as a break between sets can cause serious problems if you accidentally bump into someone who’s just going about their business and doesn’t expect five people to run right in front of them. I may be wrong, but it seems to me that there are treadmills in the gym that are meant for exactly that purpose. Another thing is the fact that there are several, if not a dozen or so, signs in the gym requiring you to change your shoes upon entering. Mr. Jarek pays absolutely no attention to this; not only does he not change his shoes, but he also leaves all his essential gear—a bag, backpack, cup, and keys—in random places, mainly on the weight racks, near the machines, and in other spots where people might want to use them. All my life I thought that gym lockers weren’t just for decoration but actually served a purpose. As it turns out, I was completely wrong. This situation happens all the time, and I truly believe that the gym management will address behaviors that hinder others’ use of the facilities and may pose a danger to fellow gym-goers. I get that the urge to show off an exclusive bag or backpack is strong, but let’s act like adults. Best regards

A really great club. Well-organized, spacious, and well-equipped. Plus, it has a very pleasant sauna and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.
