It's a fantastic place—a gym, tennis courts, and overall peace and quiet. The hotel is spotless, which is essential. I highly recommend it to sports enthusiasts.

A fantastic place! The peaceful surroundings are perfect for relaxing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are knowledgeable, very friendly, and helpful. I ate at the restaurant and highly recommend it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! My wife and I came to use the gym and weren’t attended to. First, the receptionist was on the phone (I have no issue with that, since it was a work call), but then, instead of attending to us—who had been waiting for several minutes—she approached a hotel guest who had come to get us. After that As that man’s matter dragged on for a few minutes of discussion, we pointed out that we were waiting. In response, we heard from the receptionist in a curt tone and without a word of apology that “the hotel takes priority.” I wouldn’t have a problem with that, but the way she suggested it violated every rule of customer service. We left and don’t intend to go back there, even though we used to go a few times a week. Remember, fair play doesn’t mean a thing to them if you plan to use the sports facilities.
