I totally agree that this place is a disaster. The courts are just courts. But everything else is a joke—and not a funny one. You send them an email, and they don’t reply; you call, and they don’t answer. When they do finally answer, they casually say, for example, that there are no available slots. Keep it up! Maybe you’ll go out of business and someone more professional will open up here.
