A month ago, I accidentally left my sweatshirt at your padel club. About an hour after my training session, I called to let you know that I would come back to collect it. Later, I called again and explained that I was away on vacation, so I would pick it up when I returned. Today I came to collect my sweatshirt, only to be told that it had been thrown away. I honestly don’t understand how this could happen. You knew the item belonged to someone, and you knew I was coming back for it, yet you still decided to throw it away. The sweatshirt cost around 700 PLN. Was it really taking up so much space that throwing it away was the only option? I am extremely disappointed by the way my belongings were treated and by the level of customer service.
