Poor
I’m disappointed with the service. The coaches are great, of course. I have two stories… - I signed up for a trial group tennis class at their academy at the “Basic Plus” level. I paid. I played the entire session. The coach gave me the green light. Then I was told there was no spot for me in the group… and that the only available spot was at a lower level for complete beginners. So why did they send me for a trial? I’ll leave that without comment. - After looking around at different groups, I found a good coach right there at their place. The coach scheduled classes for me that I had already paid for in person. Then I get a rather rude phone call saying I have to pay online or they’ll cancel my classes. They made an exception for me in person… but next time they’ll cancel my classes. It couldn’t have been less customer-friendly. Well, okay... fine... I click on the payment link in the text message, and of course the attached page doesn’t work. This isn’t the first time OT Club has had situations like this, as you can see in the Google reviews. I assume I’ll get a response that tries to downplay the issue instead of apologizing, just like most of the negative reviews here.

Poor
Nice place, but poor conditions. The air conditioning in the squash courts isn’t cleaned; I got a sore throat within a few hours of playing in one of those courts. I should demand reimbursement for the cost of antibiotic treatment. On top of that, the bathrooms were dirty from the morning on, with trash cans full of filth. It’s a disaster.

Excellent
The place is getting a bit old—and I don't mean that in a good way. What makes this place special are the people: the coaches, the players, and the atmosphere. Cheers to the squash league!
