After 10 months of lessons with Ms. Diana, my son still couldn’t do a backhand... Ms. Diana was 5 minutes late every day and let the kids leave 9 minutes before the lesson ended—and you pay by the hour, right? But that’s only 45 minutes... Ms. Diana didn’t teach my son how to play a proper forehand, so I signed him up with a MUCH better coach in Bemowo who explained the backhand and forehand in a single day—and here, after 11 months, nothing?... I don’t recommend it; don’t sign your kids up❌

Given the flood of negative comments appearing today (March 13), I cannot remain indifferent, as I participated in this event and find it exceptionally outrageous and unfair. First of all: It is beneath any level of criticism to urge friends to write negative comments just to “kick someone while they’re down.” The situation you mention in your comments today involved two people who displayed total ignorance and arrogance toward those who tried to explain the rules for using the courts to them. Slandering the club is unwarranted in this case. Second: Tennis court reservations are usually made for "full" hours (e.g., 1:00–2:00 p.m.); sometimes you can rent a court for a "half-hour" slot. Therefore, if we start playing at 12:00, knowing that the next group is coming at 13:00, we must finish the game by 12:55, gather the balls, and set up the net to return the court to the next group in the same condition we found it. I’ve had the pleasure of playing tennis on several continents, and these rules are the same everywhere. I believe that if you come to the court for the first time and break the basic rules (likely due to unfamiliarity with them) of tennis etiquette, you should respond to comments (initially made in a very gentle and patient manner, later in a more firm tone, though there was no shouting on our part) with something other than raising your voice, pretending not to hear, and acting out of spite toward others. If someone tries to explain to you that after a match you should rake the court (just as you flush the toilet after using it) and you react to these remarks in such a way, I recommend you go for a long walk and think deeply about your behavior. As for the facility itself: I’ve been visiting the Kabaty courts on and off for over a dozen years. I’m not a club employee, and it’s not in my interest to “sugarcoat” anything for anyone. However, I believe the facility is neat and well-maintained, and the dome is very well heated during the winter. The staff is friendly and professional, as evidenced by the fact that a facility employee came out himself to set up the net after some dissatisfied customers.

I don't recommend this place because the staff can't manage booking times properly. If there's a problem, no one tries to resolve the situation, and you're left to deal with it on your own, forced to explain everything to aggressive people Fifteen minutes before the end of our paid time, an aggressive man came in claiming that his time had already started, and none of the staff cared.
