The Worst: A Prestigious Name, Zero Standards—Disappointing TeniSówka-Golfowa Day Camp Lured by promises of “prestigious day camps” and professional tennis and golf lessons at a well-known resort, we signed our child up for this session. Unfortunately, the reality fell painfully short of the marketing hype. Once there, it turned out that: Hygiene standards: The dining tables were dirty, and the children ate cold meals from a catering service, even though there is a restaurant on the complex’s premises. “Safety” in quotation marks: The children are required to eat with plastic cutlery (they’re not allowed to bring their own), which is simply a hassle when the food is cold. Interestingly, this rule serves the organizer’s convenience rather than actual safety, as is evident with other activities. Collective punishment in the name of safety: After one of the children got out of the kayak due to the heat and difficult conditions, the instructor banned the entire group from water activities for the rest of the camp session instead of resolving the issue. Customer Service: The owner comes across as polite on the surface, but any comments or complaints from parents are completely ignored, and the organizer has a ready, evasive excuse for every problem. The so-called “Mr. Fork” (a nickname given to him by the children at the camp) When you pay for prestige, you expect high-quality care—not assembly-line treatment of children and disregard for parents. Give this place a wide berth.

I give the summer tennis and golf day camps for kids a poor rating. The staff showed only moderate interest in the children; the kids spent a lot of time running around in circles near the front desk, one woman was on her phone nonstop, whether I was there in the morning or the afternoon; there was no oversight of who was picking up the kids; and the tennis coach drinking non-alcoholic beer in front of the reception desk—also not a great sight... For 800 PLN, there aren’t many activities for the kids. We won’t be coming back next year.

I player there couple of times and the winter temperatures are way below the 12 degrees. It's simply getting cold, especially if the court you're playing isn't book juts after. The surface is wet and heavy, it's a consequence of lack of ventilation, high humidity and low temperatures. Would be nice to see half price down or property increased temperature. At least the court staff is nice.
