I would like to warn other users about the unfair practices at Korty Olsza, which, in my opinion, amount to discrimination against customers based on their affiliation with a specific tennis academy. This facility openly misleads the public by promoting itself on social media as a partner that accepts MultiSport cards, while in reality, the ability to use the benefits depends on the manager’s subjective and incomprehensible selection. During my last visit, an absurd situation arose in which one person from the group was able to use their card only because the employee was unaware of the internal restrictions, while another person from the same group was turned away without any substantive justification. Such discrimination against customers and denying them access to services that the facility itself advertises—for example, on Facebook groups—is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. The lack of transparency and the refusal to provide explanations are incomprehensible in this entire situation. Why does Korty Olsza have a policy that excludes specific groups of players, and on what basis do they refuse to accept cards? I would very much like to find out. I have reported the matter to Benefit Systems. I hope this misunderstanding will be resolved in the near future.

I was expecting a bit of a drama. Based on a few reviews... :( Well, the club definitely needs some funding. But the court I played on was in great shape. It’s really nice to play on real clay in the winter 😁🫡😉
