Super place

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. The service is very poor—the staff seems to find customers a nuisance. Despite having made a reservation in advance, we had to wait, and the organization leaves much to be desired. The court and equipment are clearly worn out, and the cleanliness could also be much better. For that price, I expected a much higher standard. I definitely won’t be coming back here, and I can’t recommend this place.

I definitely do not recommend it. I booked a court for a different day, but the system booked it for the day before. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard about problems with this system—it sometimes records the wrong time or the wrong day. No one from the staff called as our reservation time was supposedly approaching to ask if we were coming. When we reported the problem, they refused to refund us for the 1.5-hour reservation and didn’t offer any solution or compromise. Please fix the reservation system, because such errors shouldn’t happen, and the way you treat customers when the problem stems from a faulty system is very disappointing.

Pros: Good court surfaces, convenient location. Cons: Poor ventilation—it gets a bit hot; It’s a bit dark, even though the courts are lit. The floor in the locker rooms is dirty.
