A nice, new facility; unfortunately, the person working at the front desk last Sunday was rude.

Poor

Unfortunately, since I posted my previous positive review, the quality of service has declined significantly. It’s clear that the club has rested on its laurels, and instead of raising or at least maintaining its standards, they’ve plummeted. The air conditioning is in terrible shape—it seems it hasn’t been serviced at all—because it can’t maintain a temperature suitable for playing, and on hot days it simply gets stuffy and hard to breathe (I probably don’t need to mention that this is dangerous to one’s health, especially for people with health issues). The surface on the courts, despite the reported problem, hasn’t been repaired—it’s easy to trip and knock out your teeth. Furthermore, the staff is incompetent; despite the issue being reported several times, they still cannot mark a paid court as reserved in the system outside of the Playtomic platform, and on that platform, the status still shows that payment hasn’t been made. On top of that, some employees can be rude and unfriendly—not to mention downright boorish. I’m very disappointed with this dump, which initially showed a lot of promise but failed to maintain adequate standards. It’s easy to raise prices, but that wouldn’t be a problem if the price were matched by high quality and professionalism on the part of the facility. If it were possible to give a lower rating, I’d give them a solid 0/5! I strongly do not recommend it, especially since there are many other better alternatives in Warsaw. Response to the owner’s comment: Since Google doesn’t allow the owner to reply to a comment, I have to do so by editing my review. First of all, you’re accusing me of spreading falsehoods and distorted facts, which only proves how little you respect your customers by spreading falsehoods yourselves just to clear your name. First of all, please don’t accuse me of not having made any attempts to contact you regarding payment issues, because I did—but either no one was able to resolve it, or they treated it with utter disregard. As for me “sending” someone over, nothing of the sort happened. First of all, the person who was your FORMER trainer offered her help because she had previously paid in cash at the front desk on her own, and you (not for the first time, by the way) failed to mark this in the system, which caused Playtomic to block my ability to make any reservations, and I had to pay you the full amount AGAIN, simply because, even though the problem stemmed from your mistake, you refused to transfer the money you had already received so that I could send it through Playtomic, and you did me a huge favor by refunding the double payment. It shouldn’t have gone this way since the error was on your end, not the customer’s. Here’s a simple process: you received the money > you issue a refund > you get it back through the system, since you’re unable to unmark a payment made in cash. This just shows how poorly you treat customers and former contractors/employees with whom you’ve had a history and relationships. Second, regarding the air conditioning. I’m not on your board of directors, and I don’t know whether you maintain the air conditioning or not, but if everyone I play tennis with on the court complains that it’s stuffy, that’s a sign that something is wrong with it or that it’s set incorrectly, so please don’t be surprised by my suggestion. If it’s as you say and it’s serviced every 6 months, I’m very glad to hear that, but I think that instead of accusing me of lying, it would be worth looking into such cases—even if there are fewer of them—because something could simply happen to someone. Maybe those people have some health issues, or maybe on a given day it’s so stuffy and hot that it would be worth lowering the temperature on those specific days? As for the court surfaces, why then wasn’t the surface of the court closest to the front desk repaired for several months, even though this was reported multiple times—both by me and, from what I’ve heard, by the coaches as well? It was finally fixed, but it took a very, very long time—in my opinion, far too long.
